Term & Conditions
1. Campaign Period
Runs from 1 August to 31 December 2026, or until the campaign fund is fully utilised, whichever comes first.
2. Who Can Participate
Open to businesses legally incorporated or registered in Malaysia.
3. How to Qualify
During the campaign period, participants must:
Successfully open an OCBC Business Access Account Deposit at least RM30,000 into the new account within 60 calendar days from the account-opening month Subscribe to, upgrade, or renew the maintenance of SQL Accounting Software.
4. RM400 SQL Rebate
Eligible participants will receive a one-time RM400 rebate on their SQL software subscription, package upgrade, or maintenance renewal.
5. Rebate Redemption
The RM400 rebate will be deducted directly from the eligible SQL fees and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. OCBC Account Benefits
Eligible participants can enjoy for the first 12 months:
- Promotional interest of 1.88% p.a. when maintaining a minimum balance of RM30,000.
- Waiver of monthly account fees and eligible local transaction fees.
- Promotional Telegraphic Transfer fee of RM5 per transaction, excluding agent fees.
7. First-Come, First-Served
Any clarification with SQL Accounting software should be resolved directly with SQL Accounting. OCBC does not provide warranty or endorsements for the software.
8. One Rebate Per Participant
Each eligible participant can receive only one RM400 rebate, regardless of the number of SQL transactions completed or OCBC Business Access Accounts opened.
9. Other Promotions
This campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or bundled packages offered by OCBC Bank or SQL.
10. Product and Service Responsibility
OCBC Bank is solely responsible for the OCBC Business Access Account and the approval of account applications. SQL is solely responsible for SQL Accounting Software, including subscriptions, upgrades, and maintenance.
11. Information Sharing and Verification
By participating, participants consent to OCBC Bank and SQL sharing relevant campaign-eligibility information. The organisers may verify eligibility and reject claims involving incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent information.
12. Final Decision
All eligibility and campaign-related decisions made by OCBC Bank and SQL based on their respective records are final and binding.
