🔍 There Are 2 Main Ways You Could Lose Your HRDC Funds:
A) No Claims Made for Over 2 Years
If you don’t utilise your HRDC fund for two consecutive years, the unused portion will be forfeited —
✅ BUT RM10,000 will still be retained in your account.
📝 This is stated clearly in the official HRDC circular.
B) Low Utilisation with High Balance
If your levy balance is above RM50,000 and your utilisation rate is less than 50% for levy paid in 2023,
➡️ 15% of the paid levy will be deducted under the Program Latihan Madani.
