How to apply PSU 4.0?

1. Limited to 500 employees , No restriction on Wages Amount

2. Employer must inclue the subsidy information in the employees' pay slip or written notification on the claim of WSP

​

3. Company need prove Business Sales for any month in 2021 decreased by at least 30% to 2019, 2020 or 2021

​

4. Employers and employee registered or contributed to SOCSO prior to 1 June 2021
